In order to encourage employees’ children to study diligently and strive to be strong, the company formulated and issued the “Management Regulations for Employee Children’s Education Scholarship” in January 2018, in order to encourage employees to cultivate the next generation and contribute to the society. In the 2017-2018 school year, 15 employees of the company's children won education scholarships for employees' children with excellent results. This time, the company awarded 1 second-class scholarship, 2 third-class scholarships, and 12 encouragement awards.
