Yuanxiang Lecture Hall is open

In order to create a corporate learning atmosphere, promote communication and cooperation between various departments, improve the comprehensive quality of managers at all levels, and unify management concepts, Yuanxiang New Materials established the "Yuanxiang Lecture Hall" in October 2019. The first course in October was taught by the vice chairman. "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" explained how to actively lead one's life and teach everyone good habits to improve their own mind. The vice president brought the "Common Tools for Self-Management" to guide everyone to use the "fishbone diagram" to analyze specific problems.

          Yuanxiang Lecture Hall is arranged twice a month, and various training courses are carried out for managers at all levels of the company and employees who are interested in self-improvement. The trainees were both students and lecturers. By taking turns to teach, everyone had a multi-faceted and multi-angle ideological communication and in-depth exchange. In the process of topic selection and courseware compilation, employees were also allowed to sort out what they needed to teach, which provided a stage for self-expression and exercised everyone's teaching and training ability.
