Martin Kriegner先生，奧地利籍 ，1961年出生。2016年8月，被任命為(wèi)亞太區(qū)域負責人、豪瑞集團執行委員會委員。自2022年10月起，負責豪瑞集團亞洲、中(zhōng)東和非洲區(qū)域業務(wù)。他(tā)于1990年加入集團，曆任歐洲和亞洲各類資深領袖職位。2002年，他(tā)移居印度擔任CEO，其後在吉隆坡擔任亞洲水泥業務(wù)區(qū)域總裁。2012年出任印度水泥、混凝土及骨料業務(wù)CEO。2015年7月出任豪瑞集團中(zhōng)歐區(qū)域經理(lǐ)。他(tā)與公(gōng)司淵源良久，2017年4月至 2018年4月曾擔任公(gōng)司董事，而後于2023年1月再次被任命為(wèi)董事。 Martin Kriegner先生在多(duō)家公(gōng)司擔任董事，包括在孟加拉國(guó)吉大港證券交易所）和達喀爾證券交易所（孟加拉）上市的LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited和在卡薩布蘭卡證券交易所（摩洛哥(gē)）上市的LafargeHolcim Maroc S.A。他(tā)畢業于維也納大學(xué)，獲法學(xué)博士學(xué)位，并于維也納經濟大學(xué)獲工(gōng)商(shāng)管理(lǐ)碩士學(xué)位。

Mr. Martin Kriegner, Austrian national born in 1961, Mr. Kriegner was appointed as Head of Asia Pacific and member of the Group Executive Committee of Holcim in August 2016. Since October 2022 he is the Region Head for Asia, Middle East & Africa. Mr. Kriegner joined the   Group in 1990 and has held various senior leadership roles within Europe and Asia. He moved to India as CEO 2002 and later served as Regional President Cement for Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur. In 2012, he was appointed CEO for Cement, RMX and Aggregates in India. In July 2015 he became the company’s Area Manager Central Europe. Mr. Kriegner has a long association with the Company. He already served as director of the Company from April 2017 to April 2018. He was again appointed as a director of the Company in January 2023. Mr. Martin Kriegner today is a member of the board of directors of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd listed on the Chittagong Stock Exchange and the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Bangladesh) and LafargeHolcim Maroc S.A. listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange (Morocco). Mr. Kriegner is a graduate of Vienna University and holds a Doctorate in Law. He also obtained an MBA at the University of Economics in Vienna.
